LONDONDERRY PORT & HARBOUR COMMISSIONERS – PROVISION OF MOBILE HARBOUR CRANE / MATERIAL HANDLER

Londonderry Port & Harbour Commissioners (LPHC) was established in 1854 and over the last 170 years has played a major role in the regional economy as a key gateway and significant employer in the Northwest. Over the last two decades, LPHC has achieved sustained growth whilst helping to secure approximately £100million of inward investment to the Northwest region. LPHC operates under the Foyle Port brand.

Londonderry Port & Harbour Commissioners would like to invite tenders for the supply of a Mobile Harbour Crane / Material Handler to facilitate general operations and maintenance activities, together with the provision of related services.

Tenderers who wish to participate in this procurement are required to provide contact details before downloading the tender documents. Tenderers who fail to provide their details to Foyle Port or register in this manner will not receive any clarifications or updated information provided by Foyle Port during the tender process.  

Your tender must be submitted electronically and received by Foyle Port by no later than 12.00pm on 4 October 2024 at the address given at section 4.2 of the Invitation to Tender. To do this, you need to first request access to a secure online folder. Tenderers should request their individual folder from cranetender@foyleport.com as soon as possible following receipt of this document and in any event no later than 7 days before the tender return deadline (i.e. no later than 12.00pm on 27 September 2024). Failure to do so will result in your being unable to submit your response and participate in this tender process.
