Notices to Mariners provide essential, up-to-date information and advice to those navigating within our area of jurisdiction. Subject matter will include (but not limited to) notification of works and events which may impact on the safety of navigation. Users of the Lough Foyle / River Foyle should return to this page regularly in order to keep informed of all notices that are published. If you wish to be kept informed of new or changes to existing notices please contact us stating that you wish to be added to the Notice To Mariners mailing list.

With immediate effect Russian vessels as defined in the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2022 and Belarusian vessels as defined in the Republic of Belarus (Sanctions) (EU Exit (Amendment) Regulations 2022, will not be permitted to enter the Statutory Harbour Authority area of Londonderry Port and Harbour Commissioners until further notice.
