We have opportunities for Stevedores/Dockworkers to work on a casual basis within the Port to meet occasional operational demands. The role involves manual labour, unloading ships’ cargoes, working in the holds of ships and working outside in all weather conditions on the dock within a busy port environment. Successful candidates will be working within a large team and must be available at short notice and able to work a 12-hour shift if required. The rate of pay is £ 113.43 per day (plus overtime when applicable).
